Support Available

The Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS), National Disability Services (NDS) and Jobs Australia continue to assist employers affected by the Regulations, through a joint project funded by the Queensland Government. This support consists of:

• Industrial Relations expertise provided by Jobs Australia
• Workshops across the state (September 2011)
• Free access to a Jobs Australia Industrial Relations information line and email support - 1800 PAYLINEQ (1800 7295 4637) or paylineq@ja.com.au
• Fact Sheets and FAQs
• Ongoing HR and IR support
• Up to date news as it comes to hand

The Federal Government is also providing funding, support and free legal advice to organisations affected by the Regulation. To read about these items see this update.

Organisations who were listed in the original Regulations will receive ongoing communication from QCOSS or NDS and will be provided with these support mechanisms as they become available.
