Service Mapping Directory Pilot

The Community Door Service Mapping Directory is a tool for cross sector interagency networks to share details of their organisations and services. It has been specifically tailored to assist sector workers identify programs that they can refer clients into.
The tool is currently being piloted by the Inner South Interagency Network which covers the inner city suburbs of Brisbane that lie south of the river.
